Join our Annapurna Yoga Trek and journey into the heart of the Annapurna Range which is protected by the mighty Himalaya peaks.  For thousands of years pilgrims and seekers from India, Nepal, Tibet, and around the world have come to this area to practice yoga and seek spiritual enlightenment.  Both Hinduism and Buddhism converge in this area making this an even more spiritual place where any yoga practitioner can meld their love for nature and the mountains, with their yoga practice and meditation.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Kathmandu Airport and transfer to hotel in Kathmandu

Day 2

Last minute shopping and preparation for trekking before departure and sightseeing tour of Boudhanath, Pashupatinath & Patan

Day 3

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (915 m/3,002 ft.) This takes about seven hours by bus.  Overnight at  hotel Pokhara. Two hour Yoga class in Pokhara in the evening.

Day 4

Drive from Pokhara to Phedi (1130 m/3,707 ft.) then trek to Tolkha (1515 m/4,970 ft 04-05 hrs) lodge accommodation.  One hour Yoga class in Himalaya in the morning before trekking and one hour after the trekking

Day 5

One hour of morning yoga then trek from Tolkha to Chhomrong Village (2170m/7,118 ft, 05-06rs) lodge accommodation.  One hour of yoga after the trek.

Day 6

One hour of Yoga in the morning, followed by a trek from Chhomrong to Bamboo (2340m/7,677 ft, 6hrs) lodge accommodation.  Afternoon Yoga after the trek.

Day 7

One hour of Yoga in the morning followed by a trek from Bamboo to Deurali (3230m/10,597 ft, 5hrs).  One hour of Yoga after the trek.

Day 8

One hour of Yoga in the morning followed by a trek from Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4130m/13,550 ft) Via Machapuchere Base Camp (3820m/12533ft, 04 hrs).  One hour of Yoga upon reaching the lodge. 

Day 9

One hour of Yoga in the morning then trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Dovan (2630m/8,629ft, 6hrs) followed by an hour of Yoga in the afternoon.

Day 10

One hour of Yoga in the morning followed by a trek from Dovan to Chhomrung (2170m/7,118ft, 6hrs).  One hour of Yoga in the afternoon.

Day 11

One hour of Yoga in the morning followed by a trek from Chhomrungto Tadapani (2590m/8,496ft, 4hrs).  One hour of Yoga in the afternoon.

Day 12

One hour of Yoga in the morning followed by a trek from Tadapani to Gorepani (2874m/9,428 ft, 5hrs).  One hour of Yoga in the afternoon.

Day 13

One hour of Yoga in the morning followed by a trek from Ghorepani to Poonhill (3180m/10,433 t) to  Nayapul (1050m/3,445ft) which takes about 7 hours.  Then a short 45 minute drive to Pokhara.  

Day 14

Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu by bus which takes about seven hours or you can also take a flight which takes about 25 minutes, overnight at hotel. Farewell dinner with culture program in the evening.
